Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Workday Developer, HCM Integrations to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Workday Developer, HCM Integrations, you will be an integral part of the HR Technology department supporting the talent management and recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Senior Workday Developer, HCM Integrations Location: Remote Pay Range: $85/hr depending on years of experience What's the Job? + Build Workday Extend applications for mid-cycle promotion workflows and performance management processes + Design and implement Workday Studio integrations supporting recruiting and talent acquisition workflows + Partner with analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions + Participate in design
