Job description
As an Application Support Engineer, person will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical WMS systems.
o Person is expected to be a subject matter expert in Warehouse Management functions,
o Expert proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Functional is required. Expert proficiency in Business Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and advanced proficiency in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management is suggested.
o Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement in Manhattan WMS application.
o Develop and implement solutions to enhance WMS system functionality.
o Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
o Provide training and support to team members on system processes and best practices.
o Monitor system operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
Industry experience is required because the role supports Warehouse Management System for an Auto OEM.
Must-have skills: Manhattan WMS (PkMS Ver 2003 preferred), AS400, and RPG.
Nice-to-have skills include CLI and Auto industry experience.
