Job description

  • Develop and maintain Workday Financials reports, including Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields using various business objects.

  • Support Workday lifecycle activities such as requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and business process flow creation.

  • Review and leverage new functionalities from bi-annual Workday feature releases, ensuring no SLA impacts.

  • Collaborate with Workday consultants and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot production support issues, performing root cause analysis and documenting resolutions.

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Workday Financials Developer/Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Financials Developer/Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Technology Support team supporting critical financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization., + Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, Revenue Management, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Banking modules.

  • Proficiency in report creation, including Simple, Advanced, and Matrix reports, with experience in developing custom reports and calculated fields.

  • Strong understanding of Workday Customer Contracts, Invoices, Billing schedules, Revenue Recognition Schedules, and Financial Management.

  • Experience with Workday lifecycle phases, including business analysis, process flows, and approval workflows.

  • Knowledge of JIRA, J Queries, JAMS Jobs Scheduler, and Workday Security roles and user-based security groups.
