Job description
This position is responsible for providing remote technical and general computer support to all users of the organization's computer systems. Responsibilities include software/hardware support, a general understanding of all IT supported applications, a more in-depth understanding of the general desktop tools, the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of problems, the use of remote troubleshooting tools, the accurate logging of all support requests, incident escalation, and coordination of services with other Information Technology staff. Individuals provide front line support for a large number of applications in a complex technological environment.
Requirements
- Remote help desk support experience.
- Customer service and team mentality.
- Active Directory and virtual desktop experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidate must live local to the region - within VT or an hour or so drive to Plattsburgh, NY.

This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, VT. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
