Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of server hardware and networking equipment.
Execute routine hardware installations, upgrades, and decommissioning tasks.
Monitor and respond to system alerts and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory used.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
Knowledge in the hyperscaler space, liquid cooling, and AI/ML type hosts, particularly GPU-based systems.
Strong networking knowledge (OSI layers 1-3, TCP/UDP, DHCP handshake, subnetting) and hands-on hardware experience, especially with home labs or GPU architecture.
2-3+ years of prior IT related experience with previous Data Center/Cabling exp.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to commute out to the areas of Boardman, Umatilla and Hermiston, OR.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
