Job description
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience supporting hardware/software integration, test execution, system validation, and RF lab environments. What Youâll Do
- Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for system integration and testing
- Support integration of:
- In-house developed systems
- COTS/GOTS components
- Subsystems and full systems
- Develop and execute:
- Test plans
- Procedures
- Schedules
- Validation strategies
- Use LabVIEW to support test automation, programming, and system validation
- Perform RF testing to evaluate and validate system and subsystem performance
- Troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues and define technical specifications
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed evaluation and validation reports
- Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to verify fixes
- Collaborate with engineering, program teams, and other organizations to ensure successful integration and delivery
Requirements
The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support advanced defense technology programs in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled engineer with strong experience in LabVIEW programming, RF testing, and system integration within a highly regulated, mission-critical environment., * Active Interim Secret or Active Secret Clearance (required at submission)
- Bachelorâs degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 3+ years of LabVIEW programming experience
- 3+ years of RF testing experience
- Strong background in:
- Systems integration
- Test engineering
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Validation and verification
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, * Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability engineering environments
- Familiarity with COTS/GOTS systems
- Experience with subsystem/system-level testing
- Background in discrepancy reporting and regression testing
