This role focuses on executing accurate and timely data entry within an ERP system to support production, inventory, and order management. You will work closely with production, finance, and warehouse teams to maintain real-time data integrity, reconcile orders and inventory, and contribute to continuous process improvement on the shop floor., * Execute ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner to support daily operations.
- Open and close process orders each day to ensure proper tracking of production activities.
- Perform order and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate records across all systems.
- Manage shop floor data entry activities and ensure real-time input of production information.
- Conduct bin counts and oversee inventory management to support accurate stock levels.
- Use scanners to track inventory movements and production activity on the shop floor.
- Analyze production data for accuracy and identify discrepancies in work-in-process, raw material, and rework flows.
- Perform shift-to-shift and daily reconciliation across all production lines to ensure data consistency.
- Develop and create job aids and documentation to support process improvement and training.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and warehouse departments to resolve data issues and support operational needs.
- Complete all other related duties as assigned to support the efficiency and accuracy of operations., This is an onsite, shift-based role in a production environment, working closely with production, finance, and warehouse departments. The position operates five days a week, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility required for scheduling. Available ongoing schedules are on 2nd and 3rd shift, with typical hours of 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. for 2nd shift and 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for 3rd shift. Initial training will take place on 1st shift, generally from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for approximately 4-6 weeks before transitioning to the assigned shift. You will regularly use computers, ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and handheld scanners on the shop floor. Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems; experience with Aptean is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
- Experience with order entry and inventory data entry in an ERP or similar system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and functions.
- Ability to analyze and correct production data in real time.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- English language proficiency, with bilingual ability considered an advantage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inventory reconciliation and bin counting in a production or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with using scanners for inventory and production tracking.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
