Job description

The PC Support/Deployment Technician mainly focuses on imaging and deployment, but will also include support of desktops and laptops, along with troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office environments (2016, 2019, and Office 365). Requirements

  • Knowledge of ticketing systems for documenting and completing work
  • Knowledge of Windows installation/support/troubleshooting tools and working with Microsoft support
  • Knowledge of Windows profile management for supporting information transfers between computers
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and other enterprise related support tools
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and client-side connectivity troubleshooting
  • Must be able to physically lift items up to 50 lbs during IMAC
  • Must be able to pass a CJIS, nationwide fingerprint check
  • Requires use of personal vehicle; Must have own reliable transportation Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
