Epic Client Systems Administrator

We're hiring an Epic Client Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise-level Epic environments across production, reporting, DR, and non-production systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong client-side Epic experience and Windows server knowledge.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• On-call required (after hours + weekends as needed)

What You'll Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic client systems and servers
• Support Epic Hyperspace (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting)
• Monitor performance, apply updates, and manage backups/restores
• Support Citrix/VDI environments and resolve client-side issues
• Manage security, user access, and system compliance
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and incident resolution
• Document systems, procedures, and best practices

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Epic Client Systems Manager Certification (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Strong Windows Server knowledge (design, tuning, backup/recovery)
• Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or VDI environments
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Healthcare systems experience

• 100% remote (restricted states apply)
• Must be comfortable with on-call rotation and after-hours support
