Job description

IT Support Specialist We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment., * Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and application issues

  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing/ITSM system
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Assist with user account administration and access requests
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk role.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
  • Familiarity with Active Directory user support Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Benefits & conditions

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
