Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and application issues
Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing/ITSM system
Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Assist with user account administration and access requests
Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Requirements
2-5+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk role.
Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
Familiarity with Active Directory user support

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
