Job description

Data and CRM technician - key user , to join the department of Data strategy and channel development within the Fundraising area. This role contributes to a project with real social impact by putting data at the service of a transformative mission: moving towards a future without Alzheimer's. The Foundation focuses on the prevention of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, supported by the BBRC (Barcelona Beta Brain Research Center). The Foundation is a private non-profit organization funded by philanthropic donations and a network of members; its staff collaborate across multiple domains to support its research and fundraising activities. Responsible for ensuring accurate and useful information that facilitates the execution of actions and the continuous improvement of results. Operational management and continuous database updates: record keeping, processing returns, controlling collaborator transactions, and integrating interactions derived from ongoing campaigns. Ensure data quality and integrity, guaranteeing the uniqueness of records through debugging, deduplication and systematic cleaning of the database. Develop and improve dashboards in Power BI, creating new analysis models to understand partner behavior and increase the value and loyalty of the social base. Design and execute segmentations according to campaign or strategic action needs. Analyze campaign results, evaluate KPIs, and propose improvements to maximize impact and achieve objectives. Forecast and detect risks by analyzing existing data, ensuring high-quality information in content, time and form. Support and improvement of corporate tools Responsible for the functional support and continuous improvement of the corporate tools (ERP, CRM and BI) that serve the Fundraising department, ensuring their proper functioning and alignment with business needs. Provide technical and functional support for new features and updates to corporate tools based on department requirements, coordinating with the IT team. Ensure proper implementation of improvements and new processes through planning, execution and testing. Maintain operational continuity by managing incidents and following up with development teams until resolution. Analyze, document and implement process improvements; proactively propose optimizations that strengthen system reliability and integrity. Optimize data loading, exports and automation processes with external providers. Implement solutions that enable the team to work more autonomously in data mining and analysis. Serve as focal point within the acquisition team to interact with the IT team. Provide training for the organization's end users.

Requirements

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ITM, Statistics, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or similar, or equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (advanced Excel, pivot tables, macros, etc.). Knowledge of tools related to database and CRM exploitation. Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar). Experience in project management, decision making and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of database management (SQL Server or similar) is a plus. Knowledge of Python, R, etc. programming is a plus. Experience in fundraising or relationship marketing environments is a plus. Commitment to the mission and values of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation. Languages: Catalan and Spanish.
