Job description

As an Application Support Analyst (NEC Housing Management) at Hyde you will work with our Business Systems Team to Provide expert technical knowledge in the development of software applications., * Provide expert housing management application technical knowledge to facilitate change.

  • Develop and implement changes to Hyde's housing management application as per specification and requirements.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the appropriate technical solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Provide specialist consultancy to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Application upgrades and the implementation of new functionality.
  • The identification and implementation of process/technical improvements.
  • Provide help, advice and assistance with the delivery of support and training services.

Requirements

  • Strong technical experience in NEC Housing Management software
  • Oracle Databases, relationships and SQL scripting experience (preferred)
  • Project Workload Management
