Job description
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for all AI-related initiatives within the company.
You will work on high-impact projects, from designing data pipelines to integrating LLM-powered features into production-ready products. This is a highly hands-on role with strong ownership and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
You will also play a key role in shaping the AI roadmap and laying the foundation for future AI initiatives., * Define and lead the AI/ML roadmap (model selection, fine-tuning strategies, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks)
- Design and deploy LLM-powered features (document understanding, financial data extraction, semantic search, AI-assisted analysis)
- Integrate AI capabilities directly into the product in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines (training & inference) on a PostgreSQL / GCP stack
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and models (open-source and proprietary) based on cost-performance trade-offs
- Ensure high data quality standards across AI systems
- Guarantee compliance with GDPR and DORA regulations
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and assess their real business value
- Mentor team members on AI/ML best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working with complex and unstructured data (NLP, documents, scraping…)
- Solid skills in feature engineering and data processing
- Ability to design robust, product-oriented systems
- Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, and results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, or conversational systems
- Background in fintech or data-intensive environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with MLOps, data quality, or monitoring
- Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments
