Job description
Responsibilities : - Support the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns (search, social, display) to drive user growth and engagement. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve efficiency and overall results. - Run A/B tests and basic experiments to enhance conversion across landing pages, sign-ups, and onboarding flows. - Assist in managing lifecycle marketing programs (email, push, in-app messaging) to support activation and retention. - Contribute to the growth and management of community channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X) and support creator or partner collaborations. - Track and report on key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and retention , and share insights with the team. - Work with internal stakeholders (product, compliance, design) to support marketing initiatives. - Assist with marketing materials and occasional industry events or campaigns as needed. - Support coordination with external agencies or vendors where applicable.
Requirements
Requirements : - 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles , preferably in fintech, crypto, or related industries. - Hands-on experience with paid media channels (e.g., Google, Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn). - Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance reporting . - Experience with lifecycle marketing tools (email/push) and basic CRM or automation platforms. - General understanding of online communities and social platforms (e.g., Discord...
