Computer / Cell Phone Repair Technician

We are looking for a repair technician with the interest in iPhone, MacBook, Desktops, iPad and Android phone repair with an eagerness to learn and implement new skills to join our team! You will be responsible for taking in and repairing devices with efficiency and excellent customer ervice.

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, · Customer Service: 1+ years (Preferred)

· Any Computer/Phone/Tablet repair experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

· Taking in and labeling customer devices

· Using Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine possible diagnoses or issues with incoming devices

· Using diagnostic tools and skills to evaluate device problems

· Providing efficient, but quality repairs to customer devices

· Demonstrating friendly, professional, and a high-quality standard of Customer Service skills

· Cell phone, tablet and computer hardware repairs/replacements/installations

· Using strong Customer Service skills to build relationships with customers and promote/commit existing and prospective customers to sales and/or repairs

· Completing retail side of sales and repairs handling card and cash payments with attention to detail

· Adequate skills, knowledge, and ability to run/close store alone for certain situations and periods of time

Qualifications:

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Good Customer Service

· Being a quick learner

· Excellent communication skills

· Demonstrate a high standard of work ethic

· Ability to follow detailed directions and processes

· Apple and Android device knowledge, * High school diploma or equivalent, * 1+ years of experience in electronics or mobile device repair

• Familiarity with mobile device hardware repair and operating systems (iOS, Android)
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
