Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Administrator and become a vital driver of our customer relationship management (CRM) success! In this energetic role, you will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless business operations. Your expertise will empower teams across the organization to leverage Salesforce’s capabilities fully, enhancing productivity and delivering exceptional service. We’re looking for a proactive, solution-oriented professional eager to make a tangible impact through innovative system management and support., * Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including custom objects, workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet evolving business needs.

  • Implement and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, middleware solutions like Pegasystems, and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user account management, security settings, and permissions within Salesforce and related IT infrastructure like Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring minimal downtime through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Automate routine processes using tools like Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines or scripting for system tuning and performance optimization.
  • Support data integrity by managing system backups, recovery procedures, and storage management for large datasets stored in SQL-based databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a strong understanding of system architecture, configuration management, and software implementation.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components including RAID controllers, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VMware ESXi hosts, Kubernetes clusters, and virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Python or JavaScript for automation and troubleshooting support.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure along with RESTful API development for seamless integrations.
  • Expertise in system design principles involving operating systems (Windows Server administration, Linux), network security (information security protocols), and system tuning for optimal performance.
  • Strong background in systems engineering covering server administration (including server backup & recovery), storage management, system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus; experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Git enhances your candidacy.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to technical troubleshooting support across diverse IT environments.
