Systems Support Analyst, Retail IT Support & QA Analyst

• Play a hands-on role in delivering technology that impacts stores across three regions
• Build expertise in QA testing, POS systems, and network administration
• Work closely with developers and business teams who value your input
• Grow your skills in scripting and automation to streamline daily operations, * Preparing and executing test plans, scripts, and QA/UAT/regression testing
• Diagnosing and documenting software and hardware issues
• Staging POS registers, servers, workstations, and tablets
• Joining systems to a domain and supporting AD and local users
• Providing Level 2 support for escalated issues across retail teams
• Creating scripts to automate routine processes

• Be able to do the job as described
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software independently
• Experience with POS systems (Xstore preferred), UAT testing, SQL, and PowerShell
• Willing to travel and work flexible or on-call hours as needed (Limited)
• Retail experience and familiarity with PCI compliance are a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation range $70K - $80K annually
