Job description
Looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with strong experience in vulnerability management, patching, and ServiceNow reporting.
What You’ll Do:
- Track, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across Windows endpoints
- Perform OS patches, software updates, and unauthorized software removal
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor remediation progress
- Manage tickets and reporting within ServiceNow
- Provide remote desktop support and endpoint troubleshooting
- Drive vulnerability resolution efforts for critical assets
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of desktop support or endpoint management experience
- Strong ServiceNow experience (ticketing and reporting)
- Experience with Windows patching and vulnerability remediation
- Dashboard/report creation experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
