Job description
- You create and support production tests for complex test solutions such as wafer probe and final test for mixed-signal high-voltage microcontrollers.
- You support the ramp-up of products into production and ensure a smooth process.
- You verify, validate, and release test programs for production.
- You analyze and approve test hardware using statistical methods such as GRR/MSA and monitor production tests with statistical data analysis tools.
- You prepare, carry out, and evaluate qualification measurements.
- You continuously optimize test programs to improve quality, throughput, and cost, and efficiently analyze and resolve faults in test hardware or test programs.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or Microsystems Engineering, with a focus on microelectronics.
- You have basic knowledge of electronic measurement technology and programming experience, ideally in C++ and VBT/IGXL.
- You have a strong command of English, both spoken and written, and impress with your excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong awareness of quality.
- You have a basic understanding of the functionality of high-voltage controllers.
- You have knowledge of methods and tools for statistical data analysis.
- Initial professional experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry and with mixed-signal ATE test programs, completes your profile.
