Job description
Our Human Relations function brings together over 25 colleagues globally, covering HR Operations, People Development, and Talent Acquisition. This role reports functionally into Charmilla Kasper, Sr. Global L&D Partner. What You’ll Be coordinating:
- Administration and maintenance of Dayforce Learning and Performance modules, including content setup, updates, and system accuracy
- Day-to-day execution of global L&D processes, making sure activities are delivered on time, correctly tracked, and reliably supported in the system
- Structured intake and tracking of L&D requests (e.g. ticketing workflows), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Central escalation point for L&D operations, prioritizing requests, managing dependencies, and flagging risks early
- Training schedules, sessions, and participation tracking, ensuring smooth execution of all learning activities
- Accurate data, documentation, and reporting across Dayforce and related systems
- Evangelize the daily use and adoption of digital L&D tools, working closely with global stakeholders
- Identify and implement practical process improvements, supporting automation, and improving how requests, scheduling, and tracking are handled.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project coordination?, * Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and digital learning systems, including automation, administration, and scaling (Dayforce is a strong plus).
- Educational background in Learning & Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable practical experience.
- Solid experience in L&D coordination, HR operations, or project support roles, ideally in a global or scaling environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate requests, manage priorities, track deliverables, and maintain accurate data, documentation, and system records.
- Comfort working within defined operational frameworks, including prioritization, escalation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to navigate complexity with structure, reliability, and persistence.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher); German, Spanish, or Dutch is an advantage.
