• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and platform services.
• Build and support cloud-native solutions hosted in AWS.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• Improve system reliability, observability, monitoring, and performance.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform.
• Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and engineers to deliver business-critical features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in Agile development activities including planning, design reviews, and sprint execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience hosting services within AWS cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience deploying and managing Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, monitoring, or distributed tracing.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
