Job description

We’re looking for a Cyara Test Lead with strong voice/telephony expertise to drive automated testing for IVR, SIP-based call flows, and overall call quality.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, DTMF, PSTN, TDM, VoIP, codecs

  • Hands-on Cyara experience

  • Experience with PBX, SBCs, carriers, call servers, IVRs

  • Proficiency with SIP debugging tools (SIPp, Wireshark, SBC logs)

  • Understanding of MOS scoring and voice quality metrics

  • ASR/NLU testing experience, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
