Network/Systems Engineer - Independent candidates only

The Network Systems Engineer (Voice & DNA Center) is a specialized technical resource responsible for managing BAT’s Cisco DNA Center environment and supporting the voice systems infrastructure. This role bridges systems-level engineering with voice platform administration to ensure consistent network operations across BAT’s US locations.

5+ years of experience in enterprise network systems engineering

• Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, and Cisco NAC
• Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and voice system administration
• Experience with SolarWinds NMS and ServiceNow ITSM integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams voice services (Direct Routing preferred)
• Understanding of network security frameworks and access control policies
• CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Collaboration certification preferred
