Mobile Property Porter (Part-Time) - Field Support at Bayou City Luxe Houston

• Perform light property support tasks, including changing light bulbs, AC filters, batteries, lock changes, touch-up paint, and other basic upkeep
• Complete routine property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Deliver notices to properties and document deliveries with photos
• Take listing photos and videos of vacant properties
• Assist with trash schedules by placing bins out and returning them
• Complete laundry runs (pickup and delivery of linens)
• Pick up and deliver supplies, materials, and equipment between properties
• Assist with debris and junk removal, appliance removal, and light moving of furniture or household items
• Help prepare homes for new tenants, showings, and inspections
• Complete assigned tasks and provide real-time updates using mobile apps, This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently. You’ll travel between multiple properties each day, complete assigned tasks, document your work with photos, and stay in communication with our team using mobile apps. Bayou City Luxe is seeking a dependable Mobile Property Porter to support the day-to-day operations of our residential rental portfolio throughout the Houston area. This is a field-based, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and helping keep properties clean, functional, and ready for tenants and guests., * Reliable personal vehicle required (truck or SUV preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving throughout the Houston area
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using smartphones, Google Maps, Google Drive, and mobile task management apps
• Able to take clear photos and upload documentation throughout the day
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience with property support, handyman work, moving, deliveries, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but not required, * Any experience with property support, handyman work, maintenance, deliveries, moving, or similar field-based work
