Associate Website Designer

Miles IT is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Associate Website Designer to join our Associate program within our Marketing division. You will work closely with our developers, bringing website visions to life through Figma mockups, producing versatile design assets with Adobe tools, and contributing to the maintenance of our WordPress websites., * Create mockups for website projects that our development team will create in WordPress

• Create assets such as slide desks and letterheads using Microsoft and Google tools
• Create other designed assets such as advertising graphics, social media images, e-guides/whitepapers, and email graphics
• Use Figma as the primary mockup tool for website designs, creating static mockups as well as mockups that reflect movement and dynamic elements
• Work with Adobe programs including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create designs for web and print
• Make use of AI tools for efficient editing and idea generation using Gemini, Photoshop, and Figma
• Curate design examples and mood boards to establish creative direction, balancing specific customer needs with our internal professional standards for high-quality output

• 1+ years of work experience with website and graphic design OR recently completed education related to design
• Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Patience and ability to work collaboratively, willingness to help out the team, strong work ethic, attention to quality/detail
• Portfolio

PREFERRED:

• BA and 2+ years of work experience with website and graphic design
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word/PPT, Google Slides/Docs, WordPress, Elementor page builder in WordPress, Shopify
• Strong communication skills
