- Operative Steuerung des Projektportfolios und der Projekt-Pipeline
- Erstellung von Portfolio-Berichten
- Vorbereitung, DurchfĂźhrung und Nachbereitung von Project Advisory Board Terminen
- Weiterentwicklung des Workflows fßr Projektanträge
- Optimierung des Berichtswesens und Pflege der Projektdokumentation
- Entwicklung und Pflege von PM-Standards, Methoden und Templates nach PRINCE2
- Optimierung von Prozessen im Projekt-, Projektportfolio- und Ressourcenmanagement
- EinfĂźhrung neuer Funktionen und Betreuung von Projektmanagement-Vorlagen
- Coaching und Schulung zu Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen
- UnterstĂźtzung der Ressourcen- und Personaleinsatzplanung
- Erstellung von Statusberichten und Projektplänen
- Qualitätssicherung sowie Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Workshops
Requirements
- Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-Bezug bzw. fĂźnf Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektportfoliomanagement
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung bei der EinfĂźhrung von IT-Projektmanagement-Standards
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung mit IT-Projektmanagement-Software
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im klassischen, agilen und hybriden IT-Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint und SharePoint
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- OrganisationsvermĂśgen und gutes Zeitmanagement
