Als Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für zentrale HR-Anwendungen und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen HR-Systemlandschaft. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie Prozessberatung, Lösungsdesign und Applikationsverantwortung, um moderne und effiziente HR-Prozesse zu schaffen. Gemeinsam mit internationalen Stakeholdern treiben Sie Innovationen voran, optimieren bestehende Lösungen und sorgen für eine nahtlose Integration von SAP SuccessFactors mit SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur und ServiceNow.

Wir suchen eine hands-on Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis, lösungsorientierter Denkweise und Begeisterung für cloudbasierte SAP-Technologien., * Zentrale Ansprechperson für HR- und Business-Stakeholder rund um SAP SuccessFactors.

• Analyse, Konzeption und kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Systemlösungen.
• Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in nachhaltige und skalierbare IT-Lösungen.
• Steuerung von Weiterentwicklungen, Releases, Tests und Anwenderakzeptanzmaßnahmen.
• Förderung von Standardisierung, Automatisierung und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung.
• Koordination externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Lösungsbereitstellung.
• Unterstützung der Prozessintegration zwischen SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur und ServiceNow.
• Mitwirkung an Governance-, Compliance- und Betriebsprozessen für eine stabile Systemlandschaft.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise in Modulen wie Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation oder Learning.
• Fundiertes Verständnis von End-to-End-HR-Prozessen sowie des gesamten Employee Lifecycles.
• Erfahrung in Systemkonfiguration, Testing und Prozessoptimierung.
• Affinität zu SAP Cloud-Lösungen und integrierten Unternehmensanwendungen.
• Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen.
• Fähigkeit, Anforderungen kritisch zu hinterfragen und in praxisorientierte Lösungen umzusetzen.
• Strukturierte, proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

As our Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors you will take ownership of key HR applications, optimize global HR processes, and help shape the future of our HR technology ecosystem. Working across SAP SuccessFactors and integrated enterprise platforms, you will design innovative solutions, drive continuous improvements, and ensure a seamless user experience for our global organization. We’re looking for a hands-on consultant with strong process expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for cloud-based HR technologies. Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR and business stakeholders regarding SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR processes and system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Manage enhancements, releases, testing activities and solution adoption.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate external partners and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Support process integration across SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur and ServiceNow.
• Contribute to governance, compliance and stable application operations.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in system configuration, testing and process optimization.
• Affinity for SAP cloud solutions and integrated enterprise applications.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to challenge requirements and transform them into practical solution designs.
• Structured, proactive and ownership-driven working style.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.
