About the company

We’re working with an exciting AI technology company that’s redefining how businesses use artificial intelligence and cloud-based solutions. Following continued growth and investment in their technology team, they’re looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Engineer to join their London office.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build their career in an environment where innovation is part of everyday life. You’ll be supporting a modern IT estate while working alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about emerging technologies and helping others develop.

As part of the support team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows environments, networking, and cloud platforms, while also getting the opportunity to see how AI technologies are integrated into real-world business solutions. Rather than being limited to first-line support, you’ll be encouraged to broaden your technical knowledge by assisting with infrastructure improvements, cloud initiatives, and technology rollouts.

The company places a huge emphasis on personal development, offering structured training, mentorship, and genuine opportunities to progress into 2nd Line, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or AI-focused technical roles. If you’re ambitious, curious, and excited by the future of technology, you’ll fit right in.
