1st Line Support Engineer

• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of Active Directory
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A genuine passion for cloud technologies and cyber security
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential

• £26,000 - £28,000 Salary
