3rd Line Engineer

• Strong experience working in a 3rd Line IT Support / Infrastructure role
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory & core infrastructure technologies
• Experience supporting cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure
• Strong networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
• Experience working on technical escalations, infrastructure upgrades, and project delivery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• MSP experience is highly desirable

• £40,000 - £45,000 Salary

We’re partnered with a modern and fast-growing MSP in Southwest London that’s continuing to invest heavily in Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and high-level technical project delivery. With a growing client base and an increasing demand for complex infrastructure support, they’re now looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their technical team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of client environments, while also getting involved in cloud migrations, infrastructure improvements, security-focused projects, and technical design work.
