This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional service desk support and gain hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, and modern Microsoft technologies. You’ll work across a diverse range of client environments, supporting businesses of all sizes while building valuable technical experience every day.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 & Active Directory
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Experience supporting cloud-based environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
  • A passion for Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, and modern IT technologies
  • MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
