2nd Line Engineer

• Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
• Experience supporting Cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
• A genuine passion for Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential

• £35,000 - £40,000 Salary
• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, and Cyber Security technologies
• Hands-on involvement in cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security-focused projects
• Clear progression pathway into 3rd Line, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Cyber Security roles
• Paid Microsoft, Azure, and Security certifications

We’re partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing MSP in Central London that’s continuing to invest heavily in Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and digital transformation. As they expand their technical capabilities and client portfolio, they’re looking for an ambitious 2nd Line Engineer to join their highly skilled support team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a modern MSP where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, clients, and projects. Rather than being limited to day-to-day support, you’ll be involved in cloud deployments, infrastructure improvements, security initiatives, and high-level technical escalations, allowing you to continuously develop your technical expertise.

Working alongside experienced Cloud and Infrastructure Engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, virtualisation, and leading cyber security technologies.
