2nd Line Support Engineer

• Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
• Experience supporting Cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A genuine interest in Cloud technologies, AI, and modern IT environments
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential

• £35,000 - £40,000 Salary
• Hybrid Working - 3 to 4 Days Working From Home
