About the company
We’re partnered with an innovative AI technology company in London that’s transforming the way businesses leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud-based solutions. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a talented 2nd Line Engineer to join their expanding technology team and help support a modern, fast-paced IT environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a business where technology is at the heart of everything they do. You’ll provide technical support across a modern Microsoft environment while gaining hands-on exposure to Cloud Infrastructure, AI-powered technologies, automation platforms, and enterprise systems that are shaping the future of IT.
Unlike a traditional support role, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in cloud projects, infrastructure improvements, technology deployments, and AI-focused initiatives, working alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about innovation. Every day offers the chance to expand your technical knowledge while working with cutting-edge technologies that many engineers rarely get exposure to.
The company has built a culture around continuous learning and innovation, investing heavily in both technology and its people. Whether your ambition is to progress into Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, AI Operations, Platform Engineering, or Cyber Security, you’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop your career.
