Job description

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst II with experience supporting enterprise audio-visual technologies. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting conference room AV systems, maintaining AV hardware/software, and ensuring seamless meeting experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies., * Provide day-to-day support for conference room audio-visual systems.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Neat, and AppSpace solutions.
  • Assist users with meeting setup, scheduling, and technical issues.
  • Perform system health checks and site walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues.
  • Deliver end-user training and collaborate with senior AV team members.
  • Support AV equipment installation and maintenance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with audio-visual technologies.
  • Minimum 1 year of technical end-user support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Neat, or similar AV platforms.
  • Basic networking knowledge preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and work under tables when needed.
