Technical Analyst

You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications. This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who can work independently with minimal supervision., * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Support application development, quarterly releases, defect resolution, and change management activities.
• Coordinate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Document integrations between new and existing enterprise systems.
• Research new technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers to resolve system problems.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Communicate project status, technical solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering business requirements and writing technical specifications.
• Experience supporting software development and solution delivery projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Electric Utility industry.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of C#, Java, or VB.
• Understanding of databases, application security, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies., We’re looking for a Technical Analyst who can effectively connect business needs with technical solutions.
