Handheld Software Support

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (e.g., printer setup, sync failures, license errors).
• Guide users through updates, resets, and configuration changes.
• Support real-time communication setups and batch syncing.
• Document support interactions and resolutions in time billing logs.
• Assist with training and onboarding for new users.
• Onsite training with customers is a typical occurrence so flexibility to travel is a BIG plus.

• Familiarity with tablet workflows, SQL background knowledge, Windows OS, and custom software systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and basic networking., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
