Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Develop and document Business Continuity Plans.
• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow BCM.
• Configure and support ServiceNow IRM.
• Migrate recovery plans into ServiceNow BCM.
• Maintain application dependencies and mission-essential functions.
• Develop and maintain recovery documentation.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises and recovery plan walkthroughs.
• Support NIST SP 800-53 Contingency Planning (CP) controls.
• Implement NIST SP 800-34 aligned recovery controls.
• Support FISMA compliance activities.
• Maintain BCM recovery plans and vital records.
• Coordinate COOP planning activities.
• Support enterprise resilience initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Track project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain SharePoint documentation repository.
• Train end users on BCM and IRM functionality.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and testing.
• Work closely with business owners, application owners, cybersecurity teams, and infrastructure teams.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Consultant to support a federal client at SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Continuity of Operations (COOP), ServiceNow BCM/IRM, NIST compliance, FISMA, and enterprise resilience programs., * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Public Trust Clearance.

• Experience working in large enterprise IT environments including: *

• Data Centers
• Mainframes
• Open Systems
• Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Experience with Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing.
• Experience supporting Continuity of Operations (COOP).
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow BCM.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow BCM and migrating recovery plans.
• Experience supporting enterprise BCM and DR initiatives.

• Knowledge of: *
