Job description

  • Greet examinees upon arrival and verify their identification in accordance with established protocols.
  • Conduct security checks, including the use of wands, to maintain a secure testing environment.
  • Monitor candidates continuously during exams to uphold testing standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain and safeguard all test materials and ensure the security of the test center at all times.
  • Document and report any incidents or occurrences that deviate from company guidelines.
  • Provide flexibility in scheduling to accommodate operational needs.
  • Represent the organization’s values and mission while delivering excellent service.
  • Assist with digital fingerprint scanning and recording when applicable.
  • Ensure the proper setup and maintenance of testing equipment and computers in the lab.
  • Escort candidates to and from the testing room as required, ensuring compliance with procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join this team in Jefferson City, Missouri. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure and detail-oriented testing environment while delivering exceptional customer service., * High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.

  • A minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience, such as in retail, call centers, or restaurants.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office and web browsers.
  • Ability to write clear and detailed reports and correspondence.
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds, and remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Ability to navigate tight spaces and maintain safety protocols while handling computer equipment.
