Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking concepts, and excellent customer service skills to assist users effectively., · Works with outside IT firm maintaining, installing, and configuring hardware, software, networks, and any other equipment as needed to perform office tasks

· Respond in a timely manner to service issues/requests from employees companywide.

· Assists in setting up and removing users, including email, software license, etc.

· Tests new technologies and reports back findings

· Facilitates companywide mobile device management s.

· All other duties as assigned.

· Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).

· Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, internally and externally

· Computer Skills - Advanced knowledge of computer systems, experience with Microsoft suite of applications, and experience with general account/user administration required

· Other Qualifications - Valid driver’s license is required. Travel will be required <15% of the time from headquarters to participate in off-site training or to service one of the company’s other locations. Minimal overnight travel may be required.
