We are seeking a Night Shift IT Support Representative to support multiple technology rollout projects. This role operates within a technical call center environment, assisting field technicians, vendors, and contractors during hardware installations and upgrades in retail locations., * Handle inbound and outbound calls from technicians, vendors, and contractors

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting support during hardware implementations
• Document all interactions in tracking systems and perform system validations
• Ensure project implementation protocols are followed
• Provide updates via email, Excel, and internal tools when not on calls
• Manage multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously
• Adapt to changing shift schedules based on project needs and time zones

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (IT support, technical call center, or troubleshooting)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical call center environment
• Must be able to work onsite (4-5 days/week)
• Must be flexible with shift timing adjustments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT hardware installation or support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
