Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance (applicable to this customer)
  • Solid JavaScript experience is a must, in addition to hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls
  • Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach
  • Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request

What Would be Nice to Have

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience is preferred
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly desired

About the company

GRVTY is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community. We’ve been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. We’ve grown on this effort by providing the customer with Engineers who have done exceptional work, and we’ve retained our staff by paying very strong salaries, and working hard to ensure each Engineer is doing work that aligns with their career interest. Work on this program takes place in Herndon, VA and in various field offices throughout Northern VA (we cannot support remote work), and requires a TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance (acceptable to this customer).
