Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join a high-performing team supporting mission-critical federal programs. This role is ideal for a technical professional with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform who can design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while collaborating with stakeholders in a highly secure environment., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, scripts, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other integration technologies.
  • Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, and technical leadership.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural and development experience across the ServiceNow platform, a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance., * Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance (required).

  • Must reside in or be able to work on-site within the Washington, DC Metro area.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Architect, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
  • Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
