Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join a high-performing team supporting mission-critical federal programs. This role is ideal for a technical professional with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform who can design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while collaborating with stakeholders in a highly secure environment., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.

Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, scripts, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other integration technologies.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, and technical leadership.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural and development experience across the ServiceNow platform, a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance., * Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance (required).

Must reside in or be able to work on-site within the Washington, DC Metro area.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Architect, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
