Job description

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Immigration IT Support Specialist for its Hospitality IT team in Madrid. You will support the EMMA SAP TMSforHotels platform, resolve application errors, and liaise with hotel teams and loyalty groups to improve IT service and data integrity.

Requirements

The role requires English and French proficiency, a Bachelor’s in International Hotel Management, and experience with ServiceNow/Jira. Occasional travel up to 20% across Europe is expected.
