Job description

  • Du arbeitest im 2nd Level Support
  • Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, iOS, und Netzwerk & Telekommunikation
  • Die Durchführung von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten B/F, IMAC und H+E Tickets sowie individueller Projektaufträge

Requirements

  • Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Onsite Support
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse in aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe) mit
  • Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM zur Installation von Images und Zusatzsoftware
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Patching)
