  • Austausch von Clients / Notebooks inkl. Peripherie nach Runbook
  • Ausgabe / RĂźcknahme, Daten Check nach Vorgabe, Basis Funktionstests (WLAN, VPN, Outlook, Druck)
  • UnterstĂźtzung der User vor Ort (Einweisung, kurze How tos, Ticketaufnahme)
  • Ticketing: Incidents / Requests annehmen, dokumentieren, weitergeben oder lĂśsen im Rahmen der Rechte, * Festes Monatsgehalt
  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit
  • Aussicht auf Projektverlängerung und/oder Folgeprojekte
  • PersĂśnliche Betreuung

Requirements

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger User-IT (Desktop/Laptop, Drucker, Mobile Devices)
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Windows 10 sowie Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams), Google und ServiceNow
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Active Directory (User/Gruppen, Richtlinien, Konzepte)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und eigeninitiative Arbeitsweise, sowie analytische ProblemlĂśsungsfähigkeit
