Job description

  • Konfiguration und Installation von IT-Hardware, IT-Software und Peripheriegeräte wie Notebooks, Drucker usw.
  • DurchfĂźhrung des vor Ort Anwendersupports im 2nd Level auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bearbeitung, LĂśsung, Weiterleitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
  • DurchfĂźhrung von IT-Rollouts und IT-UmzĂźgen inklusive Funktions- und Verbindungstests

Requirements

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung
  • Mindestens 1. Jahr Berufserfahrung im Support (pref. Erfahrung im Onsite Support)
  • Versierter Umgang mit Active Directory, MS-Office365 und Windows Client, Server- und Betriebssysteme
  • Geschulter Umgang mit remote Tools und Ticketsystemen (idealerweise Kenntnisse in ITIl Serviceprozessen)
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis im Netzwerkbereich und erste Erfahrungen im Großkunden-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute mĂźndliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse (C1) in Deutsch und Englisch
  • FĂźhrerschein der Klasse B bzw. 3
