Job description
As a Data Analyst Lead on the People Analytics Team, you’ll partner with leaders across the Centralized HR Team (CHRT) to develop and evolve a variety of reporting solutions. In this role, you’ll use statistical analysis, data modeling, and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and help drive staffing needs and operational efficiencies across multiple functional areas. You’ll also provide reporting and analytical support to business partners outside the CHRT, especially Field HR. This is a customer-facing role offering exceptional variety and exposure to a broad spectrum of people data. In addition, you’ll use the latest technologies to develop innovative, creative, self-service reporting tools.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Advanced experience with SQL or T-SQL, SAS/R; data visualization, such as Tableau/Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning methodologies
- Proven ability to work and interact directly with customers and partners to build reporting solutions that prioritize performance optimization and user-friendly interfaces
- Skilled in communicating and explaining data insights and trends to customers in a clear and actionable manner
- Self-starter who works collaboratively within a team and across all levels of an organization, approaching work with a powerful sense of ownership, curiosity, and a strong dedication to quality and continuous improvement, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need or potential need, of current or future sponsorship for employment.
