Job description

As a data analyst lead on the Agency Marketing team, you’ll support teams that manage all virtual communications with our agents, agent programs, and incentives. In this role, you’ll set up and analyze A/B and Pre/Post tests and advance the state of current reporting. Additionally, you’ll make data-driven recommendations to drive our marketing strategy and partner with data science to develop models for delivering targeted treatments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of large data concepts, practices and terminology
  • Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools
  • Ability to learn programming - such as SAS or R or SQL, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, be adaptive to change, and learn quickly
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel - including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need or potential need, of current or future sponsorship for employment. Benefits & conditions

  • $98,400 - $131,200/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
