Digital Analyst Senior or Lead

As a Senior or Lead Data Analyst within our Commercial Lines Experience Analytics group, you will help shape and optimize our digital experience by leveraging data to drive meaningful change for our customers and agents. Your focus will be in the digital space, using Digital engagement analytics line (DEAL) to bring together quantitative analysis and data visualization to improve operational efficiency and ease of use. You’ll partner closely with our Customer Strategists to measure, track, and report on initiatives that increase automation and drive self-service. Curiosity, passion for quality, and a love for data and serving our customers will help you uncover insights, tell compelling data stories, and ultimately be successful in this role.

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.

• {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Proven coding & visualization skills (e.g. Snowflake, SQL, Tableau are mainly used today, but open to other options as well)
• Experience working with large transactional datasets
• Ability to learn quickly, share information, and work together in a team-oriented environment
• Expertise in innovatively resolving complex or ambiguous data analysis requests
